Research Interests

Mathematical modelling and computer simulation studies of biological and medical problems:
  • Cancer cell invasion
  • Cell adhesion
  • Chick embryo gastrulation
My research area is on mathematical modelling of cancer cell invasion (which I have been doing since my PhD) and chick embryo gastrulation (in collaboration with Prof C.J. Weijer from the Life Sciences, University of Dundee). For my work in multiscale modelling, I use CompuCell3D and Bionetsolver (developed by the Biocomplexity Institute).
